Curated food and cultural market Time Out Market has appointed Gillingham Bell International as a real estate partner as it looks to continue its international expansion.

Founded in London in 1968, Time Out currently operates seven existing sites with eight more in the pipeline across mainland Europe, Canada, the Middle East, South Africa, and Japan, all expected to open between 2023 and 2027.

Time Out Market is focusing on signing management agreements with landlords and developers, with Gillingham Bell will look for sites worldwide.

Jay Coldren, Time Out Market co-CEO, said: “We have built a robust lineup of new Markets and interest from landlords and developers who want to make Time Out Market an anchor of their properties is stronger than ever – we are in advanced negotiations to grow our pipeline further and continue to be open to conversations.”
