Pradera, the asset manager of the Trafford Centre in Manchester, has made a trio of senior internal promotions.

The firm has appointed Rhys Evans as chief executive and director, Barry Cox as chief investment officer and director, and Roberto Limetti as senior managing director.

Pradera also manages Eldon Square in Newcastle, the Victoria Centre in Nottingham, and Braehead Shopping Centre near Glasgow.

Evans and Cox both joined the group in Shanghai and have been with Pradera since 2016. Limetti has been employed by the firm for over 21 years, and has contributed to its growth across Italy, Continental Europe, and the Middle East.

Colin Campbell, who co-founded the Pradera 25 years ago, remains chair of the boards of Pradera Limited and of its group companies.  He will also continue to chair the Investment Committee and will remain on the ESG and Risk Committees.
