Trio of international brands commit to Sheffield’s Meadowhall

Meadowhall in Sheffield has secured new leases with a trio of international brands, with Oliver Bonas set to join the scheme and AllSaints and Tommy Hilfiger recommitting to the destination.
Oliver Bonas will be taking a 3,590 sq ft space opposite Flannels for its largest store in the North. Opening this summer, the store will feature the brand’s full range of fashion, accessories, homeware, and gifts.
Meanwhile, fashion retailer AllSaints has relocated on Meadowhall’s Upper Level High Street, moving into an updated 3,252 sq ft store.
On the scheme’s Lower Level, adjacent to the incoming Oliver Bonas store, Tommy Hilfiger will be refitting its 2,462 sq ft store. The new space will stock menswear, womenswear, and childrenswear.
Richard Crowther, retail leasing director at British Land, said: “The continued investment in Meadowhall, and our understanding of market trends, are two key reasons why brands have the destination so high on their list for the latest store concepts, meaning our visitors constantly have an experience reflective of the country’s best-of-the-best in retail. Oliver Bonas is a prime addition to the tenant mix and AllSaints and Tommy Hilfiger are the latest in a long line of leading brands to recommit and invest in Meadowhall.”
Oliver Tress, founder of Oliver Bonas, added: “We’re delighted to be opening our latest flagship store at Meadowhall, which marks our largest location in the North. This new space reflects our continued commitment to thoughtful design and meaningful customer experiences, partnering with Meadowhall on this exciting launch.”
The announcement follows the news that Meadowhall has secured a trio of deals with JD Sports, Superdrug, and Ann Summers, with the retailer’s expanding their presence to a combined 42,278 sq ft.
