Under-construction North Yorkshire outlet centre announces 19 new signings

Scotch Corner Designer Village, an outlet shopping destination set to open in 2027, has announced the signing of 19 new tenants.
Located at the Scotch Corner junction near Darlington, the development is now 82% let and will be home to 73 stores when it opens in Spring 2027.
The new signings which have been announced include Guess, Castore, Monsoon, Jack & Jones, Molton Brown, Brook Taverner, White Stuff, Haribo, Lindt, Superdry, Radley London, Hobbs, Phase Eight, and M&S. They will join brands which have already signed such as Boss, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Levis, Skechers, Clarks, Moss, and Dune London.
Food and beverage operators which have signed include Pizza Express, Pret A Manger, 200º Coffee, Knoops, and Slim Chickens, which join Wagamama and Five Guys.
Sarah Hodkinson, leasing director at Scotch Corner Designer Village, said: “We are thrilled with the enthusiasm of both major retail brands and the local community. Dozens of high-profile brands have signed with us. This is a vote of confidence and a superb, good news story for the region and the whole of the north of England”
In addition to the retail provision, the centre will offer 2000 car parking spaces with EV charging points, along with a new fuel filling station and drive-through eateries. There is also a proposal on-site for a 329,914 sq ft film and television facility.
