Wave of new signings brings Gloucester Quays to 95% occupancy

Gloucester Quays has completed 8,000 sq ft of new signings, bringing the outlet shopping destination to 95% let or under offer.
Menswear brand Ben Sherman has signed for a 1,381 sq ft store at the outlet, which will open towards the end of October. Joining 15 existing Ben Sherman locations across the UK, the store will offer the brand’s range of shirts, polos, and Harringtons.
Meanwhile, long-standing tenant Crew Clothing has upsized at the scheme into a 2,107 sq ft store. The 53% larger space offers an extended range which includes coats, rugby and polo shirts, sweaters, loungewear and blazers, alongside clothing for men, women and children.
Also joining Gloucester Quays’ line-up is Menkind, which has signed for a 2,110 sq ft unit and is set to open this October. The store will offer a mix of gifts, gadgets, and novelty products.
Finally, Label Yard has will be opening a new 2,411 sq ft store at the outlet this month. Specialising in streetwear and contemporary fashion, this will be Label Yard’s second outlet location in the south west of England.

This announcement follows the recent news that Søstrene Grene has signed at Gloucester Quays marking a debut location for the homeware and lifestyle brand in the city.
