Wingstop has opened the doors to a new restaurant at The Centre in Livingston.

The fried chicken restaurant chain’s new 4,780 sq ft space offers a range of wings, tenders, and burgers, alongside fries, churros, milkshakes and beers.

Wingstop joins over 150 retailers and restaurants at The Centre, including Flannels, M&S, Primark, River Island, H&M, JD Sports, Rituals, Hotel Chocolat, Wagamama, and Nando’s.

New arrivals over the last year include Danish homewares retailer Søstrene Grene, a 90-seater Starbucks café, Las Iguanas, Auntie Anne’s, darts retailer ArrowHeadz, XXXTRA salon, and the jewellers F.Hinds. MINISO, Flying Tiger, The Works, and Cake Box are expected to open before Christmas. Also set to join the scheme in 2026 is Pizza Dawgs and Marble Buffet.

The scheme’s owner, LCP UK, part of M Core, has also recently announced expansion plans into the leisure sector with the opening of Hollywood Bowl next year, which will feature 22 lanes, an arcade, and a bar and diner.

Simon Eatough, director at LCP UK, part of M Core, said: “We are delighted to welcome Wingstop UK to The Centre, Livingston which will really complement our existing offering of great places to dine out with the family and friends.

“It has been a great year for us as we continue to welcome even more major brands to further enhance our offering, including MINISO, Flying Tiger and The Works which are all due to open in time for Christmas.”

Savills acted for LCP UK. EYCO acted as joint agents.
