Wingstop makes city debut at Liverpool ONE

Chicken wing concept Wingstop has opened its first restaurant in Liverpool at Landsec’s Liverpool ONE shopping centre.
Located on Lord Street, the 3,000 sq ft space has room for over 50 diners and becomes the first food and beverage opening at the Liverpool scheme in 2025.
The launch of Wingstop at Liverpool ONE comes after the operator announced its expansion plans earlier this year, with 2025 set to be the brand’s biggest year for new sites with 16 already confirmed so far.
Wingstop arrives amid increased demand for quick-service food at Liverpool ONE, joining the likes of Nando’s, Wagamama, Five Guys, and Slim Chickens.
Rob Deacon, asset management director at Liverpool ONE – Landsec, said: “Wingstop’s city debut is the first F&B opening of the year, and what a great note to kick off with. Wingstop not only meets the demand for high-quality fast food but also provides a distinct new offer, all while delivering a modern concept that speaks to the on-trend consumer. Given the brand’s growing reputation as one to watch, we have no doubt that this key Liverpool ONE location will thrive amongst our consistently best-in-class mix of brand firsts and city debuts.”
The news of Wingstop’s opening follows the announcement that online clothing and footwear brand, ARNE, has signed for its debut brick-and-mortar store on Peter’s Lane, following two successful pop-up stores and one activation at Liverpool ONE over the last three years.
