Wingstop to open third Glasgow restaurant in Silverburn

Wingstop is set to open its third restaurant in Glasgow at Silverburn.
The fried chicken chain has agreed to take a 3,606 sq ft space, which will open this December.
The signing forms part of an ongoing leisure expansion at Silverburn, with the scheme more than doubling its F&B and leisure space from 75,000 sq ft to 168,000 sq ft over the past three years. This has been led by the opening of flagship bowling concept King Pins in July.
Earlier this year, Wingstop – which opened its first site in the UK in 2018 – was named the nation’s fastest-growing restaurant group for the third consecutive year by The Sunday Times 100.
Alberto Esguevillas, CEO of UK retail at Eurofund Group, which manages Silverburn, said: “We have worked hard to reposition and reconfigure Silverburn as a diverse and compelling regional destination. Attracting high-growth brands such as Wingstop UK is vital to this continued evolution and further enhances our mix.”
Silverburn owner Henderson Park and Eurofund Group were represented by Culverwell and Time Retail Partners.
