Zinc Real Estate acquires £62.5m retail portfolio

Zinc Real Estate and DPK Properties have acquired a portfolio of five retail properties for a total of £62.5m.

Each of the five assets is anchored by leading grocery retailers, ensuring long-term rental stability.

The portfolio comprises:

  • Hinckley Retail Park in Leicestershire, a 60,000 sq ft scheme home to Tesco, B&M, and Pets at Home
  • Vale Retail Park in Aylesford, Kent, a 35,000 sq ft scheme, featuring Aldi, Poundstretcher, and McDonald’s
  • A 50,000 sq ft Waitrose supermarket on London Road, Worcester
  • A 40,000 sq ft Waitrose supermarket on Mill Lane, Swindon
  • A 30,000 sq ft Morrisons supermarket in Frodsham, Cheshire

James Andrew International and Memery Crystal acted for the purchaser, whilst Savills represented the vendor.
