Colliers makes trio of hires to retail team
27th May 2025 Colliers has made three appointments to its UK retail team, with the incoming hires bringing a combined 18 years of retail sector experience. Cal Robinson returns to the commercial real estate services company, taking on the position of associate director within the firm’s Leeds office. With a decade of experience in the retail sector, Robinson has previously worked at Selco and Asda, where he was part of the acquisitions team. A qualified chartered surveyor since 2017, he specialises in agency, acquisitions, and disposals. At Colliers, he will focus on national leasing, particularly in acquisitions on behalf of occupiers such as EG On the Move, Screwfix, and Sainsbury’s. Meanwhile, Angus McMillan joins Colliers’ London office as a senior surveyor. He begun his career at Lambert Smith Hampton – amassing four years of experience in retail leasing and advisory – and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2023. McMillan will be part of the national leasing team, focusing on landlord representation and occupier advisory work for clients including Landsec, Oliver Bonas, Santander, Invesco, Bupa, and Aberdeen.
