Brasserie Blanc, Raymond Blanc’s chain of fine dining, French-inspired restaurants, is seeking new locations in the south of England and Wales.
The brand already has restaurants in multiple London locations, as well as in other cities around the UK including Oxford, Leeds and Portsmouth.
Requirements
Size:
2,500 sq ft of ground floor trading (or space to extend) with a minimum of 4,000 sq ft overall site space plus outdoor seating – 100+ dining covers and a bar area of 30.
Use:
Sui Generis/Class E.
