Catella APAM brings Indian restaurant to Norwich’s Chantry Place

Real estate asset and investment manager Catella APAM has announced the opening of Indian restaurant Mowgli at Chantry Place in Norwich.
The operator has taken a 4,100 sq ft unit fronting Chantry Square, making its debut in the city.
Founded by Nisha Katona MBE, Mowgli is known for its street food, Chat Bombs, and distinctive design inspired by Katona’s ancestral home in Varanas.
Nathan Reidy, associate director at Catella APAM, said: “Mowgli’s opening is a fantastic addition to our dining offer and reflects our ongoing commitment to introducing high-quality brands that resonate with our visitors. It’s another step in delivering a diverse and engaging line-up for Chantry Place.”
The arrival of Mowgli also brings with it The Mowgli Trust, which has raised over £2.6 million for local and international causes. In Norwich, the restaurant will support East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) through dedicated fundraising initiatives.
