CBRE appoints new head of European retail occupier business
CBRE has appointed Tom Dancer to lead is European Retail Occupier business.
In his new position, Dancer will be tasked with further developing the CBRE’s retail occupier growth strategy, with a focus on delivering an integrated, end-to-end service to clients.
He will report to Anna Esteban, head of leasing and occupier accounts for Europe, and will work with in-country retail leaders as CBRE looks to further elevate its position in the sector across Europe.
Dancer joined CBRE in February 2022 and has over 12 years of experience. During his time at the firm, he has led on some of the largest European flagship transactions over the past three years, including Abercrombie & Fitch, Polene, Puma, UGG, and Under Armour.
