Footasylum is set to open its fourth store in Glasgow at Silverburn, making its return to the shopping centre.

The footwear retailer has agreed a deal with scheme owner Henderson Park to take on a two-storey, 9,585 sq ft unit.

The signing follows the recent arrivals of other fashion brands including Bershka, Hollister, Pull&Bear, and Stradivarius at Silverburn. The new will join Footasylum’s existing portfolio comprising around 60 stores.

Alberto Esguevillas, CEO of UK retail at Eurofund Group, which manages Silverburn, said: “Footasylum is a stand-out success story in the UK retail market, and we are pleased to see it return to Silverburn, where it is sure to be a welcome and popular new arrival.”

Over three years of joint venture ownership, Henderson Park and Eurofund Group have agreed over 60 deals at Silverburn. They were represented in the Footasylum deal by Culverwell and Time Retail Partners.
