Aldi to open 16 stores before Christmas
Aldi is set to open 16 stores in the run-up to Christmas.
The supermarket retailer – which is investing £650m in its UK store estate programme in 2025 – will open all of the stores by 12th December.
Aldi previously announced a £1.6bn investment programme over the next two years, as it looks to open 40 new stores annually.
The stores will be located in:
- Philadelphia, Tyne and Wear
- Pendle Drive, Liverpool
- Gallamore Lane, Market Rasen
- McGavigans Road, Kirkintilloch, Scotland
- Queens Park Avenue, Billericay
- Kentish Town, London
- Dundee Road, Arbroath
- The Green, Cheadle
- Boghall Road, Baillieston
- Old Shoreham Road, Hove
- Pershore Market, Pershore
- Riverside Retail Park, Gloucestershire
- Northallerton, North Yorkshire
- Harefield Road, Uxbridge
- Daventry, Northamptonshire
- Old Kent Road, London
