Grosvenor makes new agency appointment
Property group Grosvenor has announced the appointment of Hanover Green Retail as sole agents for its property portfolio on Motcomb Street in Belgravia, Central London.
Close to Knightsbridge and Sloane Square tube stations, the pedestrianised Motcomb Street is lined with 36 shops, Gordon Ramsey’s Petrus restaurant, and the Pantechnicon building, which houses a five-storey dining and concept store.
Jane Macdiarmid, Belgravia retail director at Grosvenor, said: “Hanover Green’s creative and personal approach to building exceptional retail and dining destinations will help support our ambitions to accelerate Motcomb Street’s reputation as a leading destination in London. They will also support us in finding occupiers who are aligned to our environmental and social impact ambitions, ensuring businesses in the area continue to contribute to the long-term success of Belgravia.”
Grosvenor manage properties across England, with the majority of their portfolio in London’s West End.
