Bang & Olufsen to open Mayfair flagship store

16th November 2022 |

Danish audio retailer Bang & Olufsen has today announced the launch of a new flagship store in New Bond Street.

Rented on a multi-year lease, the 3,000 sq ft store will offer “sound, design, and sensory experiences”.

The new store arrives in 2023 with an immersive space to demonstrate B&O’s product range.

Part of a 15-year development plan to restore this part of London to its former glory, the new Bang & Olufsen store is located close to Hanover Square and the Medici Courtyard.

The store will also house an activation zone for events that cater to customer interests. These include live workshops, music, podcasts recordings, special guests and more.

Scott Anderson, market director at Bang & Olufsen, commented: “Nestled among luxury apartments, 18th century buildings, and a new public courtyard, the new store will strengthen our presence in London, while complementing our existing locations in the capital”.

Ross Freedman at LONIC secured the property.
