Dalton Park Outlet to expand fashion lineup with Belstaff addition

Dalton Park Outlet in the North East is set to expand its fashion lineup with the addition of Belstaff. The British fashion retailer – which was acquired by Castore in 2025 – will join the outlet shopping centre, located in County Durham, this June. Belstaff joins the existing fashion lineup at Dalton Park Outlet that includes the likes of Calvin Klein, Castore, Levi’s and Tommy Hilfiger. Nicky Lovell, head of outlets and retail business development at Global Mutual, said: “Belstaff is a highly desirable British brand with a loyal following. We are confident the store will thrive at Dalton Park. We are continually working to secure leading fashion brands – ensuring that our retail mix is relevant and drives sustained footfall and spend growth. The addition of Belstaff is testament to the ongoing appeal of Dalton Park and the hard work and dedication of the team.” The signing comes after Belstaff opened its first store outside of London at Victoria Leeds in September 2024.

The Entertainer to join Frasers Plus Designer Outlet Leeds

Frasers Plus Designer Outlet Leeds, formerly Junction 32, is set to welcome the arrival of The Entertainer, the UK’s largest independent toy retailer. The retailer will open a 2,498 sq ft store this summer, offering a range of toys, games, and children’s entertainment products. Chapelle Jewellery to open only Scottish store at Livingston Designer Outlet

Chapelle Jewellery is set to open its only site in Scotland this June at Livingston Designer Outlet. The luxury outlet specialist makes its return to the scheme, offering products from brands such as Armani Exchange, Michael Kors, and GUESS including watches, rings, and necklaces. The outlet will also offer repairs and other after sales services, as well as a made-to-measure service allowing customers to create or remodel pieces through its UK workshops. PURESEOUL to make South West debut at Bath’s SouthGate

Montreal-based lifestyle brand GARAGE is set to open one of its first UK stores outside of London at Manchester Arndale. The retailer, which operates 231 stores across North America, will be opening its debut location in the North West at the shopping centre, following openings on London’s Oxford Street and at Bluewater, Kent. GARAGE will look to appeal to a strong concentration of Gen Z customers at Manchester Arndale, which benefits from an annual footfall of over 40 million and a local student population that exceeds 100,000. Outlet Shopping at The O2 adds duo of retailers as New Balance upsizes

Outlet Shopping at The O2 in London has completed two new retail signings, as existing tenant New Balance upsizes at the outlet shopping centre. Søstrene Grene has secured a 4,850 sq ft space at the entrance to the scheme, adjacent to Hackett. The retailer will add to the destination’s home and gifting offer, delivering a range of Scandinavian-inspired stock spanning homewares, small furniture, and lifestyle and crafting products. This store is due to open in May and will be Søstrene Grene’s first location within an outlet destination. Also joining Outlet Shopping at The O2 will be menswear retailer Suit Direct, which has signed for a 1,827 sq ft store. The brand will stock a range of men’s suits and accessories, including third-party brands such as Marc Darcy, Antique Rogue and an exclusive Ted Baker casualwear selection. Queensgate Peterborough has expanded its food and beverage offering with the signing of Jamaica Blue. The Australian coffee and all-day dining brand, operated by Foodco, will occupy a 1,270 sq ft location in the scheme’s upper mall, close to the newly opened Frasers anchor store and adjacent to the upsized Goldsmiths showroom. The brand will serve coffee drinks, using its signature Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee blend, alongside a made-to-order food menu that features brunch dishes, gourmet sandwiches, and handcrafted cakes and sweet treats. Jamaica Blue will add to the existing F&B offer at Queensgate, joining global café brands Costa Coffee and Black Sheep Coffee, and dining options including Turtle Bay, Tap & Tandoor, and the soon-to-arrive global buffet concept Umami. Yorkshire’s Junction 32 welcomes wave of refits and relocations

Yorkshire’s Junction 32 outlet shopping centre has welcomed a number of brand refits and relocations in the first quarter of the year. Brands that have invested in their stores at Junction 32 include Beauty Outlet, which has delivered a major refurbishment of its existing unit. The upgraded, 3,830 sq ft space introduces a modernised retail environment alongside a greater range of products. Meanwhile, clothing brand Weird Fish has refurbished its existing 752 sq ft store, as it looks to create a more contemporary feel and engaging environment, whilst staying true to its coastal style. Within the centre’s food and beverage category, Subway has completed a full refit of its 765 sq ft store during the first quarter. F&B remains a driver of dwell time and cross-shopping behaviour at Junction 32, with investment from core operators such as Subway contributing to the centre’s offer. Looking ahead to the second quarter and beyond, further investment is also underway at ProCook where a full refit, complete with external signage and improved lighting, is set to be unveiled in May. Lululemon to double footprint at Manchester’s Trafford Centre

Lululemon is set to open a significantly-upsized store at Trafford Centre, more than doubling its footprint at the Manchester scheme. The athletic apparel brand’s new space will feature 3,700 sq ft of sales space, representing an increased footprint of over 150%. It will offer a range of Lululemon’s apparel, footwear, and accessories, designed to support a range of activities including yoga, Pilates, running, training, golf, and tennis. The upsize follows a period of continued momentum for the athleisure and sportswear category at Trafford Centre, which recorded a year-on-year sales increase of 16% in December 2025. Miami taco chain to open first London location

Miami-based taco chain Coyo Taco is set to open its first location in London at Orchard Place, SW1. This follows Kuvi Hospitality securing franchise and development rights for the brand across the UK, Ireland, and the GCC, with plans underway to scale the business to over 50 locations this side of the Atlantic. The debut London restaurant will launch this summer, with two further locations in the UK planned before the end of the year. New Zealand’s Rodd & Gunn picks Cribbs Mall for one of first UK shopping centre stores

New Zealand-based menswear brand Rodd & Gunn is set to open one of its first stores in a UK shopping centre at Cribbs Mall in Bristol. The expanding brand previously operated a concession within John Lewis at Cribbs Mall, but has now committed to taking a 2,563 sq ft standalone store. The store will offer a range of traditionally tailored shirts, knitwear, trousers and jeans, polo shirts, Italian leather shoes, leather luggage, and accessories. Rodd & Gunn’s arrival comes as Cribbs’ fashion retailers reported a 4.5% growth in turnover during 2025, and follows the recent arrivals of AllSaints and Animal at the shopping centre. Inditex picks Metrocentre for one of three debut Lefties stores

Metrocentre in Gateshead is set to welcome Inditex’s Lefties brand for one of its first three stores in the UK. Set to occupy a central unit at the interchange between Red and Green Mall on Town Square, the store will stock a range of collections for women, men, teen girls, kids, babies and newborns, as well as footwear, home, and accessories. Set to open in the winter of 2026, the Metrocentre store will be Lefties’ first in the North East, as the brand makes its entrance into the UK market.
