Cheltenham’s Regent Arcade sweetens offer with Mango signing

Mango is continuing its UK expansion after signing for a new store at the Regent Arcade in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
Opening next year, the store will feature the brand’s latest Mediterranean-inspired concept and exclusively offer Mango’s range of women’s clothing.
This latest signing forms part of Mango’s strategic plan, which aims to reinforce the retailer’s value proposition with a strong store expansion drive and improve sales in its existing shops and its online channel.
Mango’s signing follows recent work undertaken at the scheme to create purpose-designed spaces for new and existing occupiers.
Scott Lahive, centre manager at Regent Arcade, said: “Alongside attracting new retailers, we’re committed to supporting our existing occupiers in creating stores that reflect their brand ambitions. The recent upsizings and refurbishments demonstrate how Regent Arcade is investing in a best-in-class, multi-channel shopping experience for the residents of Gloucestershire.”
Earlier this year, Mango announced plans to open 20 new stores in 2025.
Spencer Wilson, leasing agent at ARC Retail & Leisure, which acted for the landlord, added: “Mango has been strategically expanding across key UK locations, and their decision to open in Cheltenham reflects the strength of the town’s retail landscape. The new store at Regent Arcade adds to their growing footprint and underscores the increasing appeal of prime regional shopping destinations for leading international brands.”
