Frasers Group appoints Savills to manage East Midlands Designer Outlet

Frasers Group has appointed Savills to provide property management services at East Midlands Designer Outlet in Derbyshire.

Located just off Junction 28 of the M1, the scheme extends to 170,000 sq ft and attracts approximately 3.5 million visitors annually.

East Midlands Designer Outlet comprises over 65 retail units 10 food and beverage operators, offering a mix of fashion, lifestyle, and sportswear brands. Tenants at the scheme include Rituals, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, Wagamama, Slim Chickens, and Five Guys.

Savills will work alongside Frasers Group and asset manager Global Mutual to provide property management and operational support across the scheme. The instruction includes the day-to-day management of the destination, with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience for visitors, retailers, and food and beverage operators.

The appointment comes after Frasers Group’s acquisition of the outlet in April, as well as Savills’ recent appointment by Frasers Group at Swindon Designer Outlet.
