Go karting giant K1 Speed plans UK opening

The world’s largest indoor go-karting chain is planning to make a UK debut, working with Savills to secure a flagship site in London.
K1 Speed was founded in 2003 and operates over 70 sites across 23 US states and seven countries. It has go-karting tracks in Canada, Mexico, Italy, France, South Korea and China. It is also lining up openings in Kuwait and the Dominican Republic.
The chain, which offers experiences for casual consumers, competitive racers, and group events, is looking for sites in excess of 40,000 sq ft in size.
