Indian fashion house expands into Birmingham jewellery quarter
India-based fashion designer Frontier Raas is set to open its second UK location after expanding into Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
Headquartered in Delhi, India, Frontier Raas opened its first UK store in Southall, London in 2019.
The letting of 3,000 sq ft store at 90 Great Hampton Street was arranged by commercial property agent Siddall Jones.
Tushar Batra, a director of Frontier Raas, said: “There’s a big Asian market in Birmingham, which is why we have chosen the city as our second location in the UK.
“It is not just about the Indians but Pakistanis, Bangladeshis and Sri Lankans who all love wearing ethic Indian outfit for special occasions.”
A private landlord received legal advice from Wolferstans, while Kidd Rapinet acted for Frontier Raas.
