Karma Kitchen opens 5th site

Karma Kitchen, a kitchen operator backed by Crosstree Real Estate Partners, has unveiled its newest location in South East London. The 20,000 sq ft facility in Lower Sydenham marks its fifth site in London and the UK.
Designed to accommodate up to 40 individual units, the Lower Sydenham site is optimized for catering and manufacturing-led Central Production Units (CPUs).
Founded in 2018 by Eccie and Gini Newton to address the scarcity of kitchen space for their catering business, Karma Kitchen is dedicated to nurturing food enterprises of all sizes.
The modular units allow tenants to expand into tailored spaces which can be up to 97% cheaper and 20 times faster to occupy than traditional spaces.
