RivingtonHark appoints director of asset management

RivingtonHark has appointed Sabri Marsaoui as director of asset management, joining from Crosstree Real Estate Partners where he spent over four years as an asset director.

Prior to this, he worked as a property management consultant at St. Mowden Properties between 2018 and 2019, supporting the asset disposal programme.

Between January 2016 and March 2018, Marsaoui was regional general manager at Praxis Real Estate Management, and was chief operating officer at thehealthcounter.com from 2010 to 2014.

He began his career in real estate in 2003 at Jones Lang LaSalle, working as a centre manager for managing agents on a number of small to medium sized shopping centres.

Marsaoui said he was “thrilled to be joining RivingtonHark at such an exciting time.”

RivingtonHark works alongside local authorities, pension funds, and global capital providers to invest in mixed-use projects, of which it manages a portfolio valuing in excess of £1bn.
