LEGO to open second Manchester store at the Trafford Centre
LEGO is set to open its second store in Manchester at the Trafford Centre.
Taking a 2,867 sq ft unit, LEGO will be increasing its presence within the city, having already established a store at Manchester Arndale.
The new store will feature a range of exclusive products, as well as a pick-a-brick wall, building activities, and a ‘build a minifigure’ section.
LEGO’s arrival at the Trafford Centre will mark the opening of the toy brand’s 19th UK store. It follows a successful year for the group, which opened new stores at Battersea Power Station and in Dublin.
Simon Layton, centre director at Trafford Centre, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to be welcoming the LEGO Store to Trafford Centre. As a family-friendly retail and leisure destination, we’re confident that guests of all ages will love immersing themselves in this fun and colourful store.”
