Miele signing completes One Berkeley Street development
Miele has signed for the final unit at One Berkeley Street, marking the completion of the mixed-use development in London’s Mayfair.
The high-end appliances brand is set to open in a 1,711 sq ft unit, taking one of the development’s four retail spaces on Picadilly.
Miele joins TechnoGym, Lotus Cars, and taverna concept GAIA at One Berkeley Street, which is owned and operated by Crosstree Real Estate Partners.
In total, the development offers 20,000 sq ft of retail space, alongside a 181-room hotel and 60,000 sq ft of Grade A offices.
The hotel – 1 Hotel Mayfair – is SH Hotels & Resorts’ UK and European flagship, and has been constructed to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards. It is also home to restaurant Dovetail on the ground floor, cocktail bar and lounge Dover Yard, café and bar Neighbours, Bamford Wellness Spa, and The Field House Fitness Centre.
