Primark plans new store at North East retail park

Primark is reported to be planning a store at Teesside Park as part of a £140m investment in its stores.
The expansion plans are set to create around 850 jobs across the UK and increase the brand’s UK selling space by 160,000ft.
The new store will be the third new addition to Teesside’s line-up this year, after welcoming The Works last month and Tim Hortons earlier this year.
Other new sites are planned at Bury St Edmunds, Craigavon and Salisbury, according to The Sun.
Plans are also in place for a Victoria’s Secret branch to open a ‘store within a store’ inside the next location.
