Savills appoints associate director to London commercial team

Savills has announced the appointment of Chloe Newton as associate director to its Margaret Street office in London’s West End.

Newton joins from Allsop LLP where she worked as a senior associate in West End investment since 2014. In this role, she advised institutions, sovereign wealth funds, charities and private investors on commercial investments and development opportunities, primarily in the office, retail and hotel sector.

Prior to Allsop, Newton also worked in development and residential consulting at BNP Paribas.

In her role at Savills, in which she was appointed on January 3rd, Newton will focus on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property opportunities in central London.
