Seven Dials welcomes the arrival of two fashion brands

Shaftesbury has announced the arrival of two sustainable fashion brands within Seven Dials.

Outdoor clothing brand Meander Apparel has opened its debut permanent store within a 783 sq ft unit on Earlham Street, whilst womenswear brand Rakha has launched its 699 sq ft flagship store on Monmouth Street.

Both retailers focus on being ethically and environmentally driven, with Meander being a member of ‘1% For the Planet’, meaning 1% of all sales are donated to environmental charities. Meanwhile Rakha uses solely biodegradable materials and works with green manufacturers across Europe.

Jill Henry, Meander co-founder, commented: “Meander is a brand based on a passion for outdoors and sustainability – placing our commitment to the planet at the forefront of our brand values. As such, it was imperative for us to open our flagship store in a community that attracts and champions socially conscious brands, which Seven Dials is renowned for”.

The new signings follow a series of new openings at Seven Dials, including the launch of four new flagships on Neal Street.

Shaftesbury owns and manages a 16-acre portfolio in London’s West End, with all its properties within a 10-minute walk of the two West End transport hubs for the Elizabeth Line.
