Edinburgh-based property consultancy Orinsen has celebrated winning Retail and Leisure Agency of the Year at the Scottish Property Awards.
Founded in tumultuous times in early 2020, Orinsen was recognised on Thursday night for its success in supplying clients with strategic investment and asset advice.
All four founding partners of the agency previously worked at Eric Young & Co, with Andy Bain and Tom Forster joining founder Eric Young for a number of years, before Anna Hansen’s arrival in 2017.
The firm says it saw growth in 2022 of over 30% against the previous year.
Director Anna Hansen said: “We couldn’t have chosen a more challenging time to launch – January 2020 – when little known to anyone a global pandemic was going to create seismic shifts across everyone’s lives and businesses.”
“Despite the obvious challenges of the past two years we’ve worked hard and had fun while we do it. We seen our team grow and grown our business too with clients spanning the UK from Southampton to Inverness”, she added.
