8th March 2023 | Jack Oliver

TK Maxx has begun the search for new stores as it looks to expand its presence in the Capital.

The clothing retailer, which currently operates 58 London stores, has reportedly sent a potential list of locations to a number of retail property agents.

TK Maxx is looking for sites between 10,000 and 30,000 sq ft.

The retailer is considering opening smaller-format stores in areas of Central London such as Holborn and Notting Hill, and is looking at a number of other areas in the Capital including Archway, Barnet, Elephant and Castle, and Upminster, The Evening Standard has reported.

Property consultancies McMullen Real Estate and KLM Real Estate have been appointed by TK Maxx to find suitable locations.
