London Designer Outlet (LDO) is set to welcome three new food and beverage operators, with Mowchi, Amorino, and DumDum Donutterie taking a combined 2,505 sq ft of space at the Wembley Park outlet shopping centre.

Café brand Mowchi is set to open its doors at LDO later this year after signing a 10-year lease for a 1,385 sq ft space. The brand – which is known for its coffee, matcha, bubble tea, and Japanese-inspired sandos, baos and dessert – is currently expanding its footprint across the UK.

Meanwhile, international gelato chain Amorino will occupy a 702 sq ft space after signing a 10-year lease. Founded outside Paris, the brand has started to expand its presence in the UK with the opening of a series of outlets across city and town centres.

Finally, British family-owned business DumDum Donutterie will open its first outlet location after signing a 10-year lease for a 418 sq ft unit. The brand, which was founded in 1997, was inspired by its ambition to create a blend of baked craft donuts and artisan patisseries that are never deep fried.

These new arrivals follow the opening of Afrikana at LDO, which recently took 2,688 sq ft of space at the scheme.

Matt Slade, retail director at Quintain, said: “Our visitors are always keen to experience and explore the latest food trends and at LDO we want to be at the forefront of offering a real mix of innovative and established F&B brands. These three new arrivals are a perfect fit for LDO as their creative array of products are already a hit amongst Londoners and their arrivals will attract visitors from across the capital, helping to cement our position as London’s outlet destination.

“A strong diverse F&B offer is a key factor in creating a successful retail outlet and having a range of operators from new brands like Mowchi, Amorino, DumDum and Afrikana, through to household favourites such as Nandos and Wagamama, allows us to keep bringing in customers from across London and beyond. With Wembley’s action-packed events calendar, we are seeing increased demand from F&B operators keen to take space at LDO to capture this high footfall. These brands alongside the wide array of activities and community spaces across Wembley Park, including a new wildflower garden, allow us to provide a full family day-out and with exciting new additions it keeps them coming back for more.”

LDO is managed by specialist outlet operator Multi-Realm.
