Wingstop set to open in Southampton

Wingstop is continuing its UK expansion, securing a site the former Bok Shop site in Southampton’s West Quay.
The American chicken wings restaurant concept is being rolled out across the UK by Lemon Pepper Holdings, which recently opened its 35th UK site at Grey’s Brewery Yard in Chelmsford.
More Wingstop restaurants are also set to open later on in the year in Islington, Birmingham, and Wood Green in London.
Wingstop are also reportedly in discussions to open restaurants in Hounslow, Edinburgh, and Glasgow.
Lemon Pepper Holdings is believed to be targeting 40 UK sites and revenues of over £60m by the end of 2023.
