Berkshire brewery to open taproom at Reading’s Station Hill

Signing a 15-year lease for a 3,800 sq ft unit, the brewery will open its first-ever taproom and restaurant on Friar’s Walk. The £850m Station Hill development is being brought forward by Lincoln MGT, a joint venture between Lincoln Property Company and MGT Investment Management. Once complete, it will comprise up to 625,000 sq ft of office space, 1,300 private homes, 600 build-to-rent properties, 100,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space with the potential for a 200-bed hotel, later living accommodation, and two acres of new public realm.
