Revo announces new chair in board reshuffle
1st August 2025 Revo, the forum dedicated to retail-led real estate, has announced the appointment of its new chair, two new additions to its board, and a reshuffled governance structure. Under this new structure, the strategic running, governance, and oversight of the organisation will be the responsibility of an Executive Board, whilst major projects will be managed by a Projects Board, made up of the Executive Board and chairs of Revo’s major projects. Vivienne King, currently a Revo board member and the founder of Impactful Places, will become chair of both the Executive and Project Boards for a period of one year, with Dan Parr, senior vice president of CACI, as chair-elect. Alongside these organisational changes, Revo has also announced that Jacinta Rowsell, managing director of customer and retail operations, Northern Europe at URW, and Jack Busby, head of retail operations at Landsec, have joined the Revo Executive Board as directors. They replace former board members, Neil Hockin, managing director of Lunson Mitchenall, and Michelle Buxton, CEO of Toolbox Marketing, who stepped down from the board earlier this year.
