Black Sheep Coffee targets expansion
Black Sheep Coffee is looking to open more sites across England and Scotland.
The coffee chain is seeking sites in prime locations with high footfall and traffic.
Ideal sites would be between 1,500 and 3,000 sq ft in size, although this requirement is flexible to accommodate transport hubs.
Corner units are preferable, but not essential, while Black Sheep is also considering drive-through sites.
Black Sheep Coffee has appointed regional agents to aid it in its search, with Barker Proudlove retained to find locations in the North East, Metis Real Estate seeking North West locations, Culverwell appointed to find Scottish units, and Prime Retail searching in the South of England.
The chain has been on an expansion drive in recent months, having opened or secured cafés in Peterborough, Milton Keynes, Woking, Basingstoke, and Manchester.
