AGO Hotels opens first London site

AGO hotels has unveiled its first hotel in the capital, with the opening of the four-star Rove London Paddington Hotel.

The 75-room hotel marks the fifteenth site in AGO’s portfolio and is located close to the Paddington Street train station.

Co-founder of AGO Hotels, Lionel Benjamin, described the Central London hotel market as “competitive”.

Fellow co-founder Viv Watts added: “These past few years have presented the hotel investment market with challenges, but this new opening is an indication the market is recovering and there are new hotel deals to be done. We are confident the new hotel will deliver the returns expected by the owners.”
