Bubble CiTea and MINISO debut at Manchester Arndale
Manchester Arndale has announced that Bubble CiTea and MINISO have joined its line-up after taking 683 sq ft and 2,903 sq ft units on five and 10 year leases respectively.
The fast growing Bubble CiTea brand specialises in traditional Taiwanese bubble tea culture, while family lifestyle and design-led retailer MINISO, which opens on November 25, offers a wide range of products including toys, gadgets, stationery, accessories, homeware, fitness, and beauty. The new store at Manchester Arndale will be the retailer’s first in the city.
This follows a series of new signings by the shopping centre, with Gilly Hicks and Clarks moving into the former Topshop unit the most recent arrivals.
Other recent retail lettings at the Arndale include Debenhams.com, Tommy Hilfiger, Canada Goose, Kick Game, Dr Martens, and Kurt Geiger. Existing retailers have committed their future to the centre such as Hollister and Swarovski by recently renewing their leases.
Colin Flinn, spokesperson for Manchester Arndale, said: “With such exciting leasing activity taking place it is clear retailers have confidence in the long-term future of the centre. With Manchester Arndale now nearly fully let, it will continue to attract millions of visitors”.
Metis Real Estate and Time Retail Partners are Manchester Arndale’s retained letting agents.
