Nike Unite signs at Merry Hill

Nike Unite is set to join the tenant mix at Merry Hill in Dudley.

The retailer will take 10,165 sq ft of space on the scheme’s lower level, representing Nike Unite’s regional debut in the West Midlands.

Unite is sportswear brand Nike’s community-focused concept, with each store designed to reflect their surrounding communities, with locally curated and seasonal products.

This news follows the recent signing of womenswear brand Vanilla at the scheme, and follows on from more than 175,000 sq ft worth of deals secured at Merry Hill in 2022. Last year also saw the openings of Ted Baker and Kurt Geiger at the shopping mall, while bowling concept Hollywood Bowl secured a 36,000 sq ft unit. Other retailers such as HMV, H&M, and Beaverbrooks also committed to lease renewals and refurbishments.
