Seven Dials set to welcome Peruvian restaurant
Seven Dials will welcome Crudo Cevicheria in March, as the Peruvian-inspired eatery prepares to open at 36 Monmouth Street.
The West End location will be the build-your-own cevicheria concept’s fourth, after having opened in Old Street, Hackney, and Fitzrovia.
The two storey 362 sq ft restaurant will offer small plates, ceviches and tiraditos, as well as four signature dishes. Crudo Cevicheria will also offer a number of Peruvian-inspired cocktails.
This announcement follows a number of food and beverage openings for Shaftesbury at Seven Dials, which saw in 2022 the launch of St Martin’s House and Ole & Steen, as well as the re-launch of Cucumber Alley.
Julia Wilkinson, restaurant director at Shaftesbury, said: “Crudo Cevicheria’s selection of Seven Dials reiterates the neighbourhood as being a go-to home for innovative and experimental F&B operators. The brand’s distinctive take on Peruvian cuisine will complement Seven Dials’ already compelling selection of F&B options and add a healthy new dining offer to the neighbourhood.”
Shaftesbury were represented by Cushman & Wakefield, Hanover Green Retail and Distrkt, while Crudo Cevicheria dealt direct.
