Waypoint snaps up Whitehaven retail park
Real estate management firm Waypoint Essential Stores (WESLP) has completed the purchase of Bridges Retail Park in Whitehaven.
The 43,000 sq ft unit is located next to a Morrisons supermarket and petrol station in close proximity to the other retail warehouse provision in the town.
The retail park is currently let to B&M, McDonald’s, Carpetright, Shoe Zone and Greggs.
WESLP were advised by Mason Partners, while Avison Young advised the vendor Columbia Threadneedle.
