Livingston Designer Outlet expands F&B offer with new signings

Livingston Designer Outlet is set to strengthen its food and beverage lineup with the addition of a number of new brands. Tikka Nation will become the first new brand to join the outlet shopping destination, opening its doors this Saturday. The new arrival is set to bring contemporary street food to Livingston Designer Outlet, giving customers a casual dining experience with a strong appeal for families and younger visitors. Meanwhile Sides, the fried chicken restaurant chain led by YouTuber collective The Sidemen, will also join the centre’s line up this spring. Finally, local delicatessen and tasting bar Hamilton & Brown is also set to open this spring too. Collectively, the new openings will look to continue to drive momentum for the F&B category at Livingston Designer Outlet, which accounted for 18% of total sales in 2025. Alongside its growing F&B portfolio, Livingston Designer Outlet has looked to broaden its overall destination appeal. Retail and leisure at London’s SIXTY SLOANE nears full occupancy

Savills and Hanover Green, on behalf of Bain Capital and CIT, have completed a trio of retail and leisure lettings in 2026 at SIXTY SLOANE in Chelsea, bringing the mixed-use development to near full occupancy. Together, the signings extend to a total of 15,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, with only unit remaining which is currently under offer. Luxury private members health club KX has committed to an additional 7,000 sq ft across Unit 1, which adds to its 16,500 sq ft existing space over ground and basement floors. This expansion looks to significantly elevate the member experience, introducing an enlarged world-class wellness and spa facility alongside enhanced fitness zones and hospitality areas. Meanwhile, a new 5,000 sq ft restaurant from the owners of Chucs and Langans is going in to Unit 2. In addition, premium swim school operator GetSetSwim has signed for its fourth location at Unit 3. Wingstop continues UK expansion with Manchester Arndale signing

Wingstop has continued its UK expansion after signing for a new restaurant at Manchester Arndale. The operator has agreed a five year lease for a 5,928 sq ft unit, formerly occupied by YO! Sushi. Wingstop – which operates over 85 restaurants in the UK and Ireland – will offer its range of wings, tenders, and burgers, as well as milkshakes and desserts including dips and churros. The signing of Wingstop at Manchester Arndale follows a trio of lease renewals from major UK retailers at the scheme. Argos and Lush have signed for further five-year leases a13,321 sq ft unit and a 2,972 sq ft, respectively, while Lovisa has committed to a further 10 years at the destination, continuing to occupy a 631 sq ft unit. The Pollen Estate welcomes wave of premium retailers to Mayfair

The Pollen Estate has welcomed a wave of premium tailoring and footwear brands to its Mayfair portfolio, as the group looks to cement Savile Row, Clifford Street and Old Burlington Street as a global centre of tailoring, craftsmanship and contemporary luxury. Recent openings include specialist brands Carmina Shoemaker, P. Johnson, and an expanded flagship for Thom Sweeney. These openings follow the arrival of menswear specialist Rivet & Hide in late 2024, and align with The Pollen Estate’s refreshed retail strategy. Thom Sweeney has expanded its London flagship at 24c Old Burlington Street by integrating the adjacent former gallery. The ground floor now fully presents the brand’s ready-to-wear collection with enlarged fitting rooms, while the first floor retains its private bespoke and made-to-measure salon. Meanwhile, Carmina Shoemaker has opened at 3 Clifford Street, bringing six generations of artisanal craft to Mayfair. Outerwear brand to make West End debut on Carnaby Street

French outerwear brand K-Way is set to open its first store in London’s West End on Carnaby Street in Soho. The brand will occupy a 1,400 sq ft at 26-27 Carnaby Street, offering a selection of outerwear and accessories for men, women, and children. The now 60-year-old brand is backed by Permira, an investor partner that has supported the growth of dozens of retailers, including Carnaby Street and Covent Garden residents Dr Martens and Reformation. ProCook is set to open at Braehead Shopping Centre, with the homeware retailer joining the Glasgow scheme this spring. The 2,106 sq ft store will be located on the scheme’s lower level, stocking ProCook’s full range of own-brand cookware, kitchen tools, and tableware. ProCook will join a number of homeware and lifestyle brands at Braehead Shopping Centre, including Marks & Spencer, Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Waterstones, and Next Home. Danish jewellery brand expands at The Royal Exchange

Danish jewellery brand Georg Jensen has expanded at The Royal Exchange in the City of London. The jeweller, which first opened at The Royal Exchange in 2015, has moved into a larger 1,000 sq ft unit within the internal courtyard on a new 10-year lease. Georg Jensen sits among a number of luxury brands at The Royal Exchange including Tiffany & Co., Bremont, Omega, Montblanc and Hermès, all of which have made long-term commitments to the scheme. This retail offer is complemented by a range of dining and socialising options – including Engel and Jang, The Libertine, and the Fortnum & Mason bar and restaurant. Chaiiwala to open third Nottingham restaurant at Victoria Centre

Indian street food and café brand Chaiiwala is set to open its third location in Nottingham at Victoria Centre. The operator will occupy a 888 sq ft unit on the scheme’s lower mall, offering a street food-style menu which features egg roti wraps, Bombay Bowls, Wala Wraps, as well as desserts. The restaurant will be Chaiiwala’s first in the city in a shopping centre environment, joining its existing high street and drive-through locations. The new store, operated by Splendid Hospitality, forms part of Chaiiwala’s expansion strategy. The operator is aiming to scale up to 500 global locations over the next 10 years, with a pipeline of new openings planned for 2026. Sardinian restaurant to open second location at Tower Works in Leeds

Sardinian restaurant brand Domo is set to open its second location at Tower Works in Leeds. The operator will occupy a 2,841 sq ft canal-side space, accommodating 95 inside covers alongside outdoor seating space for 25 diners. Domo was founded in Sheffield in 2019 by husband-and-wife team Sarah Elliott-Busceddu and Raffaele Busceddu and looks to celebrate traditional Sardinian food culture. In addition to its main restaurant offering, Domo Leeds will offer a daily lunch menu with takeaway options as well as weekend breakfasts. MINISO signs at Cribbs as Skechers set to upsize

MINISO is set to join the retail lineup at Cribbs Mall, as Skechers invests in an upsize at the Bristol shopping centre. The pop culture retailer has signed a 10-year lease for a 2,300 sq ft unit, which will open later this year. The store will offer a range of products including plush collectibles and toys, blind boxes, beauty products, accessories, and snacks. Meanwhile, footwear retailer Skechers is set to upsize to a new 4,700 sq ft unit after signing a 10-year lease. This follows significant upgrades at Cribbs Mall from the likes of Mango, H&M, and River Island, alongside the arrivals of AllSaints and Animal last year. Third.i Group, the British division of Australian developer Third.i, has signed Sainsbury’s as its first commercial tenant at the Graphite Square regeneration scheme in Vauxhall, London. The supermarket retailer has agreed to take a ground floor unit on a substantial lease term, with the store expected to open in the first half of 2026. Sainsbury’s will look to provide convenience and neighbourhood retailing to Graphite Square’s 250 plus residents, as well as the residential community within Vauxhall and Nine Elms alongside the area’s working and commuting population. The store will blend into Graphite Square’s new public realm which aims to improve pedestrian connectivity between Vauxhall station and Albert Embankment. Shaftesbury Capital brings Arôme Bakery to Chinatown London

Shaftesbury Capital has signed an agreement with Arôme Bakery that will see the operator join its Chinatown London estate. The concept will take a 900 sq ft space at 92 Shaftesbury Avenue, serving a selection of bakes and seasonal soft serve, with a menu that looks to combine traditional French pastry craft with East Asian flavours. The café will be led by co-founders Alix Andre and restaurateur Ellen Chew – who also operates Chinatown restaurants such as Singapulah and Rasa Sayang.
